The noise complaint was one of the major public environmental pollution, the number of noise complaints were approximately 23,000 cases in 2001. In 2010, the number went up to 58,000. In order to solve this problem, the objective of this project was including compiling and analysis of noise complaint cases, executing of counseling for noise complaint cases, assisting EPA to provide to the recommendations research noise handling mechanism and noise control discussion conference and national noise control affairs conference.
